What services does your handyman service offer?

Our handyman service offers a wide range of services including carpentry, drywall repairs, painting, home maintenance, electrical and plumbing repairs, pressure washing / house exterior interior washing, and more. We also do some pretty impressive renovations, bathrooms, kitchens, and outdoor spaces with very creative ideas.

How much do you charge for a house call?

We charge $250 for a house call, which includes the first two hours of labor. Additional labor is charged at $65 per hour, 2hr minimum per house call. This would apply when we get called to do any number of small tasks which are difficult estimate in advance. (Anything that includes a small list of projects around the house, usually a handful of hours total ie, a leaky faucet, replace electrical outlets, etc.)

What is your pricing structure for bigger or longer term projects?

We offer package deals for larger more predictable projects such as paint a house exterior, a room, install a dishwasher, refinishing a deck, build a deck, build a fence, refinish furniture, build a shed as a few examples. Because we can predict the amount of work and materials easier, we can do a proper estimate and therefore it would be an agreed upon estimated fee rather than an hourly arrangement. We can be flexible and are willing to contemplate different scenarios based on a customer’s needs and the repair/remodel circumstances.

Do you offer free estimates?

We do offer free off-site estimates; you can shoot us a video of the project, pictures, a video conference, or fill out this form. This would be the easiest way to get a free estimate. We also offer an in-person walkthrough (a $125 walkthrough fee counts against any booked job invoiced $1200+).

Do you offer a warranty on your work?

Absolutely, we offer a warranty on all of our work. If you are not satisfied with our work, we will make it right.

What is your availability?

We offer flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends to accommodate your busy schedule.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, Zelle, Venmo, and most major credit cards (for an additional 3.5% fee)

Do you have references?

Yes, we would be happy to provide you with references upon request.

What is your service area?

We service the west side of Los Angeles and south bay area in LA.
